Nephrology is a unique field where knowledge of human physiology is central to understanding, diagnosing, and treating patients. Dr. Kremer has always been naturally attracted to understanding how and why the human body works. This is reflected in his training from college through his master’s degree and in medical school as well. His expertise is in helping his patients determine what procedures are needed and getting them to the right expert.

What sets Dr. Kremer apart is his role in all three avenues of medicine, namely, patient care, education, and research. He is actively involved in the education of medical students and medical residents at The Christ Hospital. In addition, he is actively involved in multiple research projects with a focus on therapy for kidney transplant recipients.
