Vincent Ngo, MD
Dr. Ngo chose nephrology as a specialty because of a genuine fascination with the kidneys and how they interact with nearly every part of the body. He was drawn to the cerebral nature of the field, where a deep understanding of kidney function means diving deep into complex physiology and weaving together knowledge from across many medical disciplines. But what truly solidified his path was the opportunity to form long-lasting relationships with patients.
For Dr. Ngo, being a nephrologist means being a steady presence in his patients’ lives, helping them manage their health comprehensively and compassionately. What sets Dr. Ngo apart as a provider is his natural ability to connect with patients, making them feel seen and heard. He leads with empathy, aiming to create strong, trusting relationships and guiding his patients through every stage of their health journey.
His clinical interests include hypertension management, interventional nephrology, and an ambitious goal to reimagine the traditional chronic kidney disease (CKD) diet. He’s especially passionate about making it more flavorful, enjoyable, and accessible for people living with CKD, believing that food should nourish both the body and the spirit.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Ngo is a self-proclaimed foodie who loves discovering new restaurants, attending live music events and festivals, and traveling to experience different cultures, especially through their cuisines. He also treasures time spent with close friends and family.
